To keep organized with all your business and assets for your company, big or small, use Business Manager. When you have centralized platform like Business Manager, your business controls your Facebooks assets and manages user access to the right people and right credit lines.
Also, the best part is that Business Manager usage is for free. Make sure that your personal Facebook account is ready and you’ll be able to sign up for it.
1. Go to Business Manager Overview : https://business.facebook.com/overview
You may use any browsers to get you started: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer and type this url address: https://business.facebook.com/overview.
2. Click Create Account.
On the top right corner of the page click the blue button that says, "Create Account".
3. Enter your business name.
After clicking the Create Account Button, the pop-up box will prompt to have you enter your business name. Hit continue after typing your business name.
4. Enter your business email.
Enter your official e-mail for the business you are creating ads for. (Note: Make sure it's the same e-mail you used for your business fb pages and don't enter personal e-mail accounts as you want to keep your private and professional accounts separate.)
5 You'll be redirected to your newly created Business Manager.
Check the dashboard and see the features that allows you to keep track of your Facebook data, as well as all your other social media data, in one single place.
6. Next you'll need to add your assets, like Pages, ad accounts, and people to work on them.
Now, you can edit and add more information for your Facebook Manager Account.
Type the name of your Facebook business page in the text box. Your business page name should autocomplete below, so you can just click on it. Then click Add Page. Assuming you have administrator access to the page you’re trying to add, your request will be approved automatically. If you have more than one Facebook page associated with your business, add the remaining pages by following the same steps.
Do the same in adding your Ad Account and People who will be part of your ad projects on facebook.
