Business Optimization
Begin with a description of your company and your history. Include answers to the following to allow the responding firm to understand your company, market and goals as much as possible:
*
Indicates required field
Ideal Outcomes: If we were to fast forward a year from now, what would have had to happen this year for you to see our partnership as a success? (What would that look like, feel like?)
*
Biggest Challenges: What are your biggest challenges or obstacles getting to that outcome? (If I could wave a magic wand and make 3 problems go away in your business what would those 3 be?)
*
Solving these challenges in the past: How hard has that been? What kind of time and resources have you invested in the past? If we were able to put together a solution to solve these problems right now, What's the interest level 6 not so interested, 8 interested but not sure how, or 10 Let's do this!
*
Product/Service: What are you doing right now with your product/service? Give me some data behind your product/service? What would you like to be doing with your product/service?
*
What is your unique selling proposition? What makes your company better than your competitors?
*
Traffic: What are you doing with traffic? What are your numbers right now on Traffic? What would you like to be doing with Traffic?
*
Conversions To Lead: What are your monthly numbers of leads? What type of lead numbers do you want to be getting every month? Tell me about your market: What do they like? What do they hate? Who do they like? Who do they hate? What kind of obstacles are getting in the way of what they want? What type of specials can you give on your website in exchange for your prospects contact information? (This is key for your future marketing efforts)
*
Conversions To Customers: What do you do now to get customers? What's your data? What would you like to do? How much is a new customer worth to you?(We can try to help with that: How much is your product? How much do you sell every month? How much of them stays and become repeat throughout the year?)
*
Clients: What are you doing right now to get clients or on going sales? How many of those are you getting every month? What kind of numbers would you like to do?
*
Budget: Did we figure out the worth of each client? What would it be worth to double that client base? (In reality we're usually talking about bumping revenue by a couple hundred thousand dollars depending on your revenue if you have your systems in place. This is not a claim, just math when the numbers are clear) It's not going to be cheap, I'm pretty expensive so please think about this when considering my team as a solution. If you knew that we were gonna get X clients every month, how much would you invest to fix the problem? We're just trying to get a range and budget ideas.
